🔒 Fastria is a fully offline app. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All your data stays on your device.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Fastria ("we," "our," or "the app"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

Fastria is designed as a completely offline application that operates entirely on your device. We do not operate any servers, cloud services, or backend infrastructure. This privacy policy applies to all users of the Fastria application available on the Google Play Store.

2. Information We Collect

Fastria does NOT collect any personal information. All data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted externally.

2.1 Data Stored Locally on Your Device

Fastria stores the following types of data exclusively on your device using local storage (SharedPreferences and a local SQLite database):

2.2 Data We Do NOT Collect

Fastria does not collect, access, or process any of the following:

  • Contacts, call logs, or messages
  • Photos, camera, or microphone data
  • Device identifiers or advertising IDs
  • Browsing history or app usage analytics
  • Financial or payment information
  • Health data from other apps or services
  • Any biometric data

3. Permissions

Fastria is designed to operate with zero permissions. The app does not request access to any device features, sensors, or system resources beyond what is necessary for basic app functionality.

The app requests NO special Android permissions — no camera, no location, no storage access, no contacts, no internet, and no phone access.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Since Fastria operates entirely offline and stores all data locally on your device:

  • We do not share your data with any third parties
  • We do not sell your data to anyone
  • We do not transmit your data over the internet
  • We do not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs
  • We do not have access to any data you enter into the app

5. Third-Party Services

Fastria does not integrate with any third-party services that collect user data. Specifically:

  • No analytics tools (no Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, etc.)
  • No advertising networks (no AdMob, no ad SDKs)
  • No crash reporting services that transmit device data
  • No social media SDKs or login services
  • No cloud storage or synchronization services

The app is distributed through the Google Play Store, which has its own privacy policy and may collect data independently. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for information about data collected by the Play Store.

6. Data Storage and Security

6.1 Local Storage

All app data is stored in your device's internal storage using Android's built-in security mechanisms:

  • SQLite Database: Fasting logs, hydration records, and weight entries are stored in a local Room database within the app's private storage directory
  • SharedPreferences: User preferences, settings, and profile data are stored using Android's SharedPreferences, which is sandboxed and accessible only to the Fastria app

6.2 Data Protection

Your data is protected by Android's built-in app sandboxing, which prevents other apps from accessing Fastria's data. Only users with physical access to the device (and device authentication) can access the app and its data.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

7.1 Data Retention

Your data remains on your device for as long as you choose to keep the app installed. We do not have any server-side retention policies since we do not store any data remotely.

7.2 Deleting Your Data

You have complete control over your data. You can delete all app data at any time through the following methods:

  1. In-App Reset: Go to Settings within the app and use the "Reset All Data" option to clear all fasting logs, hydration records, and preferences
  2. App Data Clear: Go to your device's Settings → Apps → Fastria → Storage → Clear Data
  3. Uninstall: Uninstalling the app permanently removes all associated data from your device

Once data is deleted, it cannot be recovered as we do not maintain any backups or copies on external servers.

8. Children's Privacy

Fastria is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the app does not collect any personal data from any user and operates entirely offline, there is no risk of children's data being collected or transmitted.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the app, please note that no such data leaves the device, and you can delete all app data using the methods described in Section 7.2.

9. International Users

Since Fastria does not collect or transmit any data, there are no cross-border data transfers. Your data remains exclusively on your device regardless of your location. This means:

  • No data is transferred to servers in any country
  • No data processing occurs outside your device
  • GDPR, CCPA, and other regional data protection regulations regarding data transfer are inherently satisfied

10. Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device and we have no access to it, you inherently maintain full control over your data, including the rights to:

  • Access: All your data is visible within the app at any time
  • Correction: You can modify your profile and settings within the app
  • Deletion: You can delete all data through the app's settings or by uninstalling
  • Portability: Your data exists on your device and is under your sole control
  • Restriction: You can stop using any feature at any time

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

If we make significant changes to how we handle user information, we will notify users through an app update description on the Google Play Store.
